Item Availability

We make every effort to keep our system updated in a timely manner, however our online inventory is connected to our store's inventory. Some items sell quickly and in some cases the item you selected may not be available. In this rare case, we will send you an email and immediately refund your credit card. If an item is on back order, we can add you to our priority list and contact you when the item is available.

Personal Shopping

McMullen offers personal shopping for our busy clients. By appointment only.

Closet Consultations

McMullen offers closet consultations to our clients. We provide an initial consultation, evaluate your wardrobe assortment and then put together recommendations based on your lifestyle and needs. By appointment only.

Alterations

We have a designer who comes once a week to service our clients. We can also schedule an appointment for you.

Shipping + Returns

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.

If you need your purchase expedited, please contact us at 510-658-6906. To process your purchase, please provide the correct billing address. If information is incorrectly entered, it could cause delays in shipping.

All packages shipped will require a signature upon arrival. If you request not to have a signature, the purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods. UPS is unable to delivery to PO Box or APO/FPA address.

Expedited domestic orders will be shipped UPS and shipping rates will apply. The shipping charges vary by location and the purchaser can choose 3 day air, 2 day air or overnight with applied shipping rates.

Return Policy for Online Only

McMullen will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of the purchase date. The purchase must be received back to McMullen within those 10 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Merchandise received past the 10 day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.

All special orders, sale items, sunglasses, jewelry, swimwear, hosiery and lingerie are FINAL SALE.

Please email returns@shopmcmullen.com for a Return Authorization form. Please fill in the reason for the return on the form. Shipping charges are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

McMullen is not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International and flat fee of $75 will be charged. Arrival dates for international orders will be approximately 10 -14 days from the placement of the order. Duty and taxes will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. McMullen is NOT responsible for the payment of these charges.

No Information About Children

Our Site is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is targeted to attract anyone under 13.
