We are thrilled to announce a new Healthy Lifestyle Pop Up at McMullen.Over the next few months we will be partnering with Bibi Brown who will kick off with a 30 minute Interval FLOW workout followed by a Healthy Lifestyle Chat. Trained in Barre, Cycle and Lagree Fitness, Bibi's unique class of Interval FLOW is a complete body workout that combines dynamic floor moves lengthening muscles, building strength while sculpting and defining with bursts of faster pace moves to bring you a level of cardio intensity that will be sure boost your heart rate and help you achieve strong results.
Bibi has been involved in fitness her whole life. She started in ballet with a passion for dance and music, then fell in love with water and by age 6 was on a swim team. She went on to play Water Polo and Row in High School, as well as college. Through it all never left the dance world, Bibi transitioned from Ballet to Hip Hop and dance with New Style Motherlode. While in College & Graduate School Bibi taught Step Aerobics and Dance Cardio. Since then, fitness has always been a large part of her life. She is now an instructor at The Dailey Method, RiDE Oakland and Bold. Bibi is truly about a sustainable healthy lifestyle for women, which does include an indulgence from time to time.
