Stylists are the heart of McMullen. You're the person clients trust to read the room, pull the piece, and tell them honestly what works. Whether you're early in your luxury career or coming in with a deep client book, this is a role for someone who loves the floor, loves the product, and loves the relationships.
We're hiring at two levels — Level 2 (1–3 years of luxury experience) and Level 3 Lead Stylist (5+ years, established client book). Tell us where you sit.

Sales Support

Sales Support is the connective tissue of the floor. You make every client interaction feel effortless — pulling sizes, running fittings, handling check-out, and keeping the boutique looking the way it should. You work alongside the stylist team, learning the product, learning the clients, and finding your footing in luxury retail.
This is a path role. The Sales Support who shows up curious, eager, and ready to learn is often the same person who, in time, becomes a stylist with their own book.

Beauty Specialist

As we open our flagship at 135 Maiden Lane this fall, we're expanding into beauty — bringing the same curatorial rigor to a considered edit of skincare, fragrance, and makeup. We're looking for a Beauty Specialist & Stylist to lead that world, serving as the resident beauty authority while also styling clients on the floor.
We're looking for someone who lives in the beauty world but loves fashion too — 3+ years in beauty retail, deep skincare/fragrance/makeup knowledge, and genuine styling instincts.

Associate Buyer, Accessories & Non-Apparel

As we open our flagship at 135 Maiden Lane this fall, accessories and non-apparel are one of the biggest opportunities in front of us. We're bringing in a dedicated Associate Buyer to build handbags, shoes, jewelry, and beauty into a category of its own.
We're looking for someone with a sharp merchandising eye and real commercial instincts — 3–5 years of buying experience in luxury or specialty retail, established vendor relationships, and a point of view on emerging designers.
