Senior Operations Manager

Operations are what keep McMullen moving. As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll lead the systems, processes, and day-to-day execution across our Maiden Lane flagship and Sacramento Street store—making sure inventory is accurate, teams have what they need, and our operational foundation can scale with the business.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of operations leadership experience who knows retail inside and out, can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and is equally comfortable building better systems and jumping in to get things done.

Assistant Buyer

We’re expanding our team and are looking for an Assistant Buyer to support the buying team.
The Assistant Buyer supports the full buying cycle, from market preparation and order entry to vendor communication, delivery tracking, sales analysis, and product launch. This role is ideal for someone who combines a sharp eye for product with exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, planning, e-commerce, or luxury or specialty retail, with strong product instincts, an active interest in designers and fashion, and confidence working with sales and inventory data.
