Shipping + Returns
All domestic (Continental U.S.) ground orders will ship for $10.
Orders placed before 2 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within one day, except holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.
If you need your purchase expedited, please contact us at 510-508-0773. To process your purchase, please provide the correct billing address. If information is incorrectly entered, it could cause delays in shipping.
If you request not to have a signature for your McMullen order, the purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods. The purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods and will need to dispute any claims with UPS directly. UPS is unable to delivery to PO Box or APO/FPA address.
Expedited domestic orders will be shipped UPS and shipping rates will apply. The shipping charges vary by location and the purchaser can choose 3-day air, 2 day air or overnight with applied shipping rates.
All special orders, sale items, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, swimwear, hosiery and lingerie are FINAL SALE.
In-Store Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it with tags attached within 7 days for McMullen store credit or exchange. Refunds not accepted unless otherwise approved by management.
Accessories, special orders, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Online Return Policy
For Online purchases only, McMullen will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of the received shipment date. The purchase must be received back to McMullen within those 10 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Items will not be accepted for returns without the security tags attached. Merchandise received past the 10-day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.
