ONLINE ORDERS
Return window: 15 days from receipt

Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags and security tags attached. Include the original packaging, garment bag, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is approved. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Standard Ground — $10
3-Day Air — $25
2-Day Air — $40
Overnight — $60

Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 2pm PST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
The purchaser is responsible for lost or damaged goods. All claims must be filed directly with UPS.
